You’re not stuck you’re holding on to what God
already told you to release.
I help women break free from unforgiveness and self-sabotage so they can finally walk in what God has already prepared for them.
You’ve been carrying this longer than you should.
You’ve prayed about it…
but you’re still stuck.
You said you forgave
but something still feels heavy.
You keep finding yourself in the same cycles you asked God to break and deep down, you know.
It’s not that you don’t want to move forward.
But you're still holding on to things that you need to release.

Faith-Based Coaching Empowering Women to Heal and Grow
You might be blocking your own breakthrough
Not because you’re weak.
Not because you don’t love God.
But because healing requires honesty.
You may be:
- Holding on to what God told you to release
- Overthinking instead of obeying
- Avoiding the process but expecting the promise
- Struggling to receive love from others and from God
This isn’t about shame.
This is about awareness because awareness is where change begins.

You have probably tried to move past things before. The difference here is that we go deep enough to actually heal them.
Here is what you can expect when we work together
Every session is Spirit-led.
I don't show up with just a plan. I show up with prayer. God knows exactly what you need and I follow His lead in every session.
We go to the root, not just the surface.
This is a safe space
No judgment. No pressure. Just two women sitting before God together, believing that He is not done with your story yet.
Isaiah 43:18-19 New Life Version
18 “Do not remember the things that have happened before. Do not think about the things of the past.
19 See, I will do a new thing. It will begin happening now. Will you not know about it? I will even make a road in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Women Empowered to Heal

Years of Coaching Experience

Transformations Celebrated
This is what happens when you let it go.
Women I work with come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and weighed down by what they’ve been carrying.
But when they release it.
They gain clarity.
They move forward with confidence.
They stop repeating cycles and start walking in freedom.
This is more than healing.
This is transformation.

"You know how you meet a person and they leave a lasting, positive impression on you? Well, my son and I met Ms. Shelby through the Listening Oasis Wellness program, where she was our Wellness Champion. She has such a gentle, kind personality and is truly skilled at listening and understanding what works best for each unique situation.
She genuinely cares about people and is passionate about helping others overcome challenges and build healthy relationships. She helped me learn how to communicate more effectively with my son, and she also guided him in developing his own communication skills.
What would you say to a woman on the fence about taking this step?
We are truly experiencing the benefits of her advice and recommendations. She comes highly recommended from both me and my son, and I sincerely appreciate her."

"I came to Coach Shelby during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I needed help processing deep traumas and navigating a challenging relationship, and I knew I needed someone who loved the Lord and would speak Godly principles into my situation.
What I found in Shelby was exactly that and more. She had a gift for reading my temperament and meeting me exactly where I was. When I wanted to react, she gently redirected me back to the Word. She was honest, direct, and always delivered hard truths with love.
Today I am on the other side of those traumas. I worked through them, I forgave, and I made a necessary decision to leave a relationship that wasn't healthy and God has since blessed me with a husband and a family, I am so grateful for. That transformation started with one conversation with Coach Shelby.
What would you say to a woman on the fence about taking this step?
If you are on the fence: Shelby is a living reflection of the Titus 2 woman. Her warmth, her Christian values, and her genuine care for the women she coaches will stay with you long after your sessions end. She is the coach who checks on you even after the work is done. I would recommend her to every woman I know who needs coaching."

"I never thought about having a spirit of expectation or even expecting anything from God for myself. I could pray for others, but when it came to me, I just put myself on the back burner. Hearing that God has a bigger plan for my life changed that. Now I am fasting and praying, working with children, and learning to forgive myself and to forgive others.
I thank God for Shelby for her wisdom, her strength, and her insight. She would always encourage me by saying, 'You can do this, God's got you. He's taking you to higher heights and deeper depths.'
What would you say to a woman on the fence about taking this step?
I would say to any woman our mental health is important. It is a part of our makeup. There is nothing wrong with being coached, talking to someone, a woman or a man of God, and getting the guidance you need. It helps you see things through God's eyes. This journey was not just about learning new habits. It was a whole new lifestyle. A newness. That is what I got out of all of it."
"There were issues that were hard for me to let go of. I was drowning emotionally. It was a hard press to engage in work, engage socially, and my heart felt so burdened… I wanted joy but could not move into that existence because I had no peace.
Once I spent time with Coach Shelby, I was able to enter a new season with a clear mind, renewed joy, and no longer carrying the baggage from yesterday. God used her as a catalyst to push my life past the revolving thoughts from an old season. Her coaching and ministry gift shifted my life into a phase of liberation.
I am thriving emotionally, spiritually, and relationally!
What would you say to a woman on the fence about taking this step?
Don't move!!!! Allow God to minister to you through this powerful vessel, who can tell you things that only God could reveal!".

You can’t walk in newness while holding on to old wounds.
You’re not waiting on God.
God is waiting on you to release it.
The question is… are you ready?
